Antonio Rinaldi
Antonio Rinaldi received his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science in 2009 at University of Salerno and his Master Degree in Bioinformatics in 2013 at University of Rome (Tor Vergata).
In 2017 he obatined his PhD in Molecular Oncology at University "Magna Græcia" of Catanzaro, and he then moved at Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale dell'Abruzzo e del Molise "G. Caporale" where he worked as bioinformatician with expertise in next generation sequencing data analysis at the National Reference Center for Whole Genome Sequencing of microbial pathogens: database and bioinformatic analysis.
Antonio joined IIT in Dicember 2020, he work as PostDoc at the Synthetic and Systems Biology for Biomedicine Lab. He apply computational methods to analyze high throughput sequencing data from T cells in different states of activation and develop bioinformatics tools to implement a platform of miRNA-based synthetic cell classifier.
